What is BestSports 30-Day Money Back Guarantee?

We want our customers to buy in confidence. The majority of our products come with our 30 Day Money Back Guarantee. In the unlikely event you are unsatisfied, products may be returned for a refund.

Please note, this guarantee applies only to products returned within 30 days of the date of purchase. Products must be returned in their original condition. That means they must not have been worn, washed, used, or altered in any way.

All products must be returned in their original packaging as delivered, with tags still intact, or a 20% restocking fee will be incurred.

 

Do I have to pay to return an item?

The buyer is responsible for the initial cost of returning the item. Once the product is received and a refund or exchange approved, BestSports will either refund the cost of the product or will issue an exchange according as per policy.

In the event that the return is due to our error, all initial shipping charges will be refunded to the customer.

 

Are there any restrictions for returning an item.

For hygiene reasons we cannot accept the return of personal protective items or intimate wear such as groin guards, protective cups, or compression shorts unless defective.

All returns or exchanges will be at the discretion of BestSports.

 

How long does it take to process a refund?

Please allow 15 business days from the date you ship the package back to BestSports for us to receive the package and complete the returns process. Full credit (less applicable return postage fees) will only apply to those items that are returned with all parts included as originally shipped.
